What is your return policy for International orders?
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please email [email protected] and we’ll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original tender. Returns must be made within 180 days of purchase. Please note: Shipping fees are not refunded for preference return.
All European Union customers have a right to back out of a purchase within 7 days of completing the transaction (e.g. placing the order on the website). If a European Union customer cancels their order during this 7-day period, Borderfree will reimburse the customer for the cost of the product(s) AND any extra fees (e.g. shipping) paid by the customer to receive the item. Borderfree can, however, charge the customer for cost of shipping goods back to Borderfree. Reimbursement by Borderfree will be within 30 days.
Check your shipment invoice to find specific return instructions for the item you ordered. If you’re unable to locate the return instructions on the shipment invoice, please email [email protected].
Yes you can! International gift recipients can return merchandise received as gifts. please email [email protected] for specific instructions on your return.
Please note: When returning a gift, the return amount must be credited back to the original tender of the purchaser.
Unfortunately, International orders may not be directly returned to a Macy’s store.
You can return merchandise for a full refund, which will be credited to you by Borderfree in the original tender. For gift returns or orders with different shipping & billing information please email [email protected] for assistance.
Once we receive the item, we will process your credit immediately. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account. If you provide an email address, Borderfree will email you when your return has been received and processed.

- Store number
- Register number
- Transaction number
- Date of purchase
- UPC number and description of merchandise
- Reason for return
Additionally, please provide a telephone number where you can be reached as well as the country where you reside.
After submitting your email, you will be contacted by a Customer Service Agent within 48 hours who will assist in processing your return.
